Service scope, timeline, access requirements and delivery milestones are confirmed before project work begins. Moodle plugin products are delivered according to the product description and version notes available at purchase time.

Refunds for digital products and technical services depend on delivery status, access provided, and the nature of the issue. For purchase or support questions, email hello@hooknotdigital.com.

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and providing accurate server, Moodle, domain and payment details when required for implementation.
